Matura stylist Elias Perez was recently recognized by Michelle Owens, Asst. Dir. of Resident Care, at the Village at The Triangle in Texas for outstanding customer service.
“Elias went beyond the call of duty yesterday for one of Memory Care residents,” explained Michelle. “The ball was dropped and the resident left on the outing instead of staying for her appointment. Elias was gracious enough to wait for her return without any complaints. I truly appreciate his understanding. He is always calming and patient with our Memory Care residents. It’s a joy to have him here.“
